11A – Idea Napkin No. 1
You: I am Mitchell Shedd. My Business experience start in 10th grade when me a couple friends started a mini company that sold cupcakes in small clay pots, it was a hit on campus. I have worked with technology my whole life and understand how companies function with and without a reliance on tech. I ave worked for a City Government and a State run Facility and during that made numerous connection with Directors and supervisors of large government agencies, and within that I have also witnessed fraudulent use of finances and know how hard it is to solve to solve that problem. My financial security company would be a part of my life and many others as it would not only protect your company but mine as well.
What are you offering to customers: I know that your company at one point will have an issue with financial security and that is why I want to help. My company will give you a software that tracks the out flow and in flow of your money and if anything happens my 24/7 call center will notify you and immediately open up an investigation to find out where your money went and who took it.
Who are you offering it to: My customers are business owners; large, small, and nonprofits. Specifically the financial directors of those companies so that they are able to be secure knowing that their money is not going to be tampered with unless they authorize it.
Why do they care: My product matters to you because you need your money safe and it not as safe as you think.
What are your core competencies: We are different because we are going to do all the work for you. You will not have to worry about any of the investigation logistics or even the software instillation, just worry about what matter, your company's success.
Evaluation: I believe that all of these elements fit together well to make a trustworthy and attractive company. However the You portion of my elements is weak considering I do not have a lot of direct experience with fraudulent use of company money other than what i would hear through the grape vine at work or on the news.

This is a great idea to keep security with finances in control. Many people are caught in fraud schemes that could ruin their credit forever. Having a product like this would be a very secure industry due to all the cryptocurrency and online financial transactions being made regularly. Great post!

ReplyDeleteI think financial security is one of the most important topics in today's world. With everything being online, it is essential to have a lot of precautions taken in order to prevent individuals' being robbed or their identity be stolen. However, it might be difficult for some people to give up their financial information to some private company to keep them safe, because that may seem a little sketchy at first.
This is s really good idea! Many companies work so hard to to build up what they have just for it to be gone because of a simple security breach. Having some sort of reassurance within a company is always a good way to go.
