17A – Elevator Pitch No. 2
I did not receive a lot of feed back that was constructive other than "great job". However after looking over my last clip I found some critiques of my own. I think in my last one I was not as personal as I could be. After the last couple of assignments I found that the way to really engage an audience of consumers is by being as relational as possible. If you can get into the mind and heart of a person you can really sell them on your product. You have to show them that you are there for them because you really want to see them prosper.
So when I went to go do this elevator pitch I set out to connect with the consumers. I really wanted to focus on the similarities that my company and a buyers company has. I wanted to show that I also want stability, and that I have also felt the growing pains of company and that why I can help them the best out of all of the other contenders. I also wanted to be more animated. I wanted to try and move a little more while maintaining a professional attitude. I think I was able to do that this time while last time I may have been a little too casual.
Hey Mitchell,
ReplyDeleteYour elevator pitch was very well executed. I think you did a good job explaining your product and the consequences behind not using a product similar to yours. For next time, I suggest not using a room as large as you did because there was a really big echo that affected the sound and also not saying words like "uhm" or anything like that. Good job!
